mixed feelings About my stay
small room lack of refrigerator
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was much smaller than I expected. Moving around with luggage was difficult! the lack of a refrigerator was a major inconvenience. I had to go downstairs for cold water every time I needed it. there were no in-room coffee facilities available, frustrating.

easy access helpful staff small room limited breakfast
the location proved advantageous, offering easy access to various attractions. the staff demonstrated helpfulness , assisting with directions and recommendations (a nice touch).
the room felt a bit small for two people. also, the breakfast selection seemed limited on a couple of mornings, with some items running out quickly.

the location was convenient (i enjoyed its central position). the staff members i encountered were helpful. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodations.
my room felt rather small. the elevator operated slowly. i found that the phone in my room wasn't working, unfortunately.

totally awesome stay!
fast check in super clean room neat perk
the check in process was super fast, a real breeze! i found my superior double room balcony to be totally super clean. having that balcony to chill on was a major win for me! i also thought the complimentary nespresso in the lobby was a neat perk!
i gotta say, the metro rumble i could feel in my room late at night was a bit of a drag. maybe some extra soundproofing would do the trick?

the staff were very helpful. i had easy check-in and wonderful breakfast. the hotel provides a coffee machine plus tea . the rooms feature a modern, stylish design and are a good size.
the elevator is very small.

the breakfast offered a good selection of continental options. hot options included only scrambled and hard-boiled eggs. there are cosy cafes, bakeries, and bistros around the corner from the building.

the front office staff offered excellent service. adam was helpful, courteous, and friendly at all times. the staff communicated well trying to speak spanish or using google translate.
